What happens next
  1. A calendar invite is on its way to the email address you gave us. Accept it and the time is held.
  2. A meeting link arrives with that invite so you can join from any device. No software to install.
  3. Need to move it? Use the cancellation link in the invite, or just reply to it.
Worth thinking about before we talk
  1. Who would actually use this. The one or two people, by name and role — what they open first each morning, what they chase, what gets forgotten when everyone is busy.
  2. The job that eats the most time, and who does it. Plus anything that has fallen through the cracks in the last month.
  3. Where your information already lives. Email on Microsoft 365 or Google, books on QuickBooks Online or Desktop or Xero, where files sit, what runs scheduling. Worth knowing now: we connect to QuickBooks Online — Desktop does not connect.
  4. Who is the admin on those accounts. A standard user cannot authorise a connection, and finding that out later costs a week.
  5. Rough numbers. Emails a day, open invoices and how much is overdue, vendors and customers on file, jobs or quotes a week. Estimates are fine.
What the first couple of weeks look like
  1. Week one — connect and observe. We connect what you already have and the agents run read-only over your real data. Nothing is changed in your systems. This is where we find out what the data is actually like, which is never quite what anyone expects.
  2. Week two — turn the work on. One agent at a time, only where you say so. By the end of the fortnight you know which agents earn their place.

That order is deliberate. We would rather build your stack around what actually shows up in your business than what either of us guessed on a call.
